I want to share my own self work journey with you.
Today I was asked to “Go Deep” … as I have noticed that, once again, I have many spinning plates. Who else has many spinning plates?
How can we gain energy in the ‘busy’ness? Here is how I do it… ( I share my answers at the bottom )
Ask Yourself, Who do you serve?
In your most perfect knowing… who do you, your business, your foundation, your team serve?
When we know with clarity who we serve, we know where we place our individual energy. When we can “go deep” in that place, we begin to focus and gain energy.
When we feel scattered, uncertain and confused… we are no longer effective. We must take a breath and see how we can hone in on who we are, what we do and who we serve.
Sometimes it means connecting with others and having them help us, or delegating to another person those things that are not our direct specialty.
What if I no longer resonate with the group(s) I serve?
We can ‘grow out’ of our connection with a particular group. We can no longer feel as though the value we bring, the services we offer fit this group any longer. Fair enough.
Be careful to make certain we are choosing from an ‘out of the box’ place, a place of power, trust, respect and love.
We may be expanding yet do not want to abandon a group we have served in the past. For business owners, this is where we hire an associate, or another team member to take that area of business over and we transition to what is calling us now.
Where do you resonate?
Who can you serve the most? Who gets the highest value from who and what you are and what you do/know? Who can you serve the best?

… my answer:
I serve relationships
I serve those who want connected, authentic, honest, full-range of emotions relationships
I serve those who want to heal the pain from past relationships and get on with living their passion
I serve those who stand for others being their truest selves
I serve those to are open to seeing their own shortcomings and are willing to grow in and through them
I serve those who want to gain more perspectives, judge less, see the good in a person and a situation first
I serve those who want to love themselves even more
I serve those who want to raise happy, loving, self confident children
I serve those who want to empower their employees, members, teams to be their best selves
I serve those who value other human beings
I serve those who want to leave this Earth, when it is their time, with a smile on their face
… in between all of it… is the application of the talents we have … we first focus on who we serve and the how will naturally be applied in the moment of serving.
